An emotionally expensive night. When getting from point A to point B takes much longer than anticipated, I’m running on fumes before the evening is even over.

But I find now these moments are also very educational. They teach me what I’m made of and test my resourcefulness. The practice is put in motion, even when I answer in a way that is not completely true to my self or even if I leave a curiosity unasked, or I’m simply not able to bring my highest-quality energy, I know this has happened.

I am no longer a mystery to myself, and that is progress.
